RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and is quite simple, because we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not sure if, or how you can return an item, please telephone us on 02 4577 6500. Our friendly team at Hawkesbury Motorcycles will help you to determine your best option forward.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you options to exchange the item, offer you an exchange voucher or refund, provided that:

You produce your original invoice, receipt or other adequate proof of purchase, in your name.

The item is still in re-saleable condition including that:

The change of mind returns are not available for any special ordered items and/or electronics, as these cannot be returned unless faulty or not-as-described (no return due to change of mind or wrong fitment).

Any return postage is at the customer's cost. We recommend registered post to ensure certified delivery. Upon receipt, store credit to the full value of the returned items will be given.

NB. *If these requirements are not satisfied, we reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for ‘change of mind’ returns.

WRONGLY SUPPLIED OR FAULTY GOODS

If the item has been wrongly supplied to you or is faulty please telephone us on 02 4577 6500. We will offer you options to exchange the item, offer you an exchange voucher or refund, provided that:

You produce your original invoice, receipt or other adequate proof of purchase, in your name.

The item is still in original condition including that:

Returns are not available for any special ordered items and/or electronics unless faulty or not-as-described (no return due to wrong fitment).

For faulty/warranty returns, Hawkesbury Motorcycles must abide by all relevant manufacturer/ supplier warranty policies. Please be aware this could require sending the item to the manufacturer for assessment. Our team will advise if this is the case.

NB. *If these requirements are not satisfied, we reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for ‘wrongly supplied or faulty goods’ returns.

If we have sent you the incorrect or faulty goods we will cover the cost of freight return and re-sending the correct goods to you. When we agree to cover the cost of return post, an Australia Post Pre Paid return label will be sent to the email address used in the original order. Once you have received the Return Post label from us, print out the label, stick it to the top of the box you are returning to us and drop the box at your nearest Australia Post Office. This exchange policy is only valid for Australian customers: all international exchange return and re-send will be at the customers cost.
