Pre-Service Check.
- Inspection of motorcycle for any damage or wear prior to service.
- Inspect wear and tear items on bike.
Engine.
- Replace engine oil and filter.
- Replace sump plug washer.
- Valve clearance check.
- Coolant flush and replacement.
- Replace spark plugs.
- Replace air filter.
Fuel
- Check fuel system.
- Check choke/hot start.
- Check idle.
Chassis.
- Full nut and bolt check.
- Lubricate all pivots / grease when applicable.
- Inspect steering head.
Brakes and Suspension.
- Inspect for any damage and wear.
- Check suspension is operating correctly.
- Inspect brakes are working correctly.
- Brake fluid flush and bleed.
Drive line.
- Chain inspection, adjustment and lubrication as needed.
- Inspect sprockets for wear.
- Diff oil replacement when applicable
Tyres/wheels
- Inspect tyres for damage.
- Check tyre pressures and adjust as necessary.
- Check spokes tension.
Electricals.
- Check & Inspect all electrics.
- Charge and test battery.
At the end of the service carried out, one of our highly trained technicians will take your bike for a test ride to double check that everything is running smoothly.
Stamp Log books.
Please note any additional work will be at an extra cost. One of our friendly staff will notify you if any additional work needs to be carried out.
